To make your sluggish summer months exciting, we are sharing with you a super easy and healthy frozen treat recipe for coffee popsicles, which is sure to give you that wake-up call.
2 tbsp Honey
Melted Dark Chocolate
Chopped Nuts (Optional)
Cut 4-5 bananas into slices and freeze them on a plate.
Once hard, add to a grinder jar along with 2 tbsp of honey and 2 tsp Country Bean Instant Coffee.
Blitz till smooth.
Pour into popsicle moulds and allow to set overnight.
Once set, remove from the mould and dunk into melted dark chocolate.
The chocolate hardens almost instantly.
At this step you could add some chopped nuts.
