When it comes to hot chocolate, we don’t mess around!

Our Classic Hot Chocolate is made with cocoa that is sourced directly from the cocoa farms in the Idukki region, situated in the higher ranges of Kerala. With the best cocoa beans handpicked by the Indian farmers, we add pure couverture chocolate to our mix to provide you with most sinful and indulgent experience.

The pure cocoa butter is extracted from the cocoa bean that gives our mix an incredibly rich and smooth finish, making it India's most sinful drink. With no artificial flavours or preservatives, it boasts of rich notes that is sure to satisfy not only your taste buds but also your sweet tooth.

Ingredients

1 cup milk

3-4 heaped spoons of Country Bean Hot chocolate

Directions

Pour your milk into a pan.

Let it warm up and add in your mix.

Use a spoon/whisk to stir the milk to help dissolve the chocolate buttons and mix.

Once you see the milk is starting to thicken and the chocolate buttons have melted, you could remove it from the heat.

Serve it as it is, or top it off with some whipped cream or marshmallows.

Pro Tips

If you like your hot chocolate sweet, you could add in a small spoon of sugar.

Ensure to keep a close eye while preparing the hot chocolate. It takes around 3-4 minutes to thicken up.
Even after 3-4 minutes if you feel like your hot chocolate has not reached the desired thickness you could add in some more mix.

In case your hot chocolate is thicker than you would like it, you could thin it down by adding in some milk.

A true indulgence in itself, our Classic Hot Chocolate is a combination of rich cocoa powder and smooth chocolate buttons that melt to create a steaming, delicious cup of pure indulgence.
