Who doesn't love waffles! It's the perfect weekend brunch fix. So, if you’re in the mood for crisp, light (and eggless!) waffles then you're at the right place. You must consider this as your ultimate go-to recipe!

Ingredients

1+1/2 cup milk

2 tbsp lemon juice

¼ cup melted butter

1 tsp vanilla essence

2 cups all purpose flour/maida

4 tsp baking powder

¼ cup sugar

⅓ cup hot water

1 tbsp Country Bean caramel coffee

Directions

  • Mix the milk and lemon juice and set it aside for 10 minutes to form buttermilk.
  • Add in the melted butter and vanilla essence after the mixture has curdled and mix everything well.
  • In a separate bowl - mix flour, baking powder and sugar, mix all the wet and dry ingredients together.
  • Add hot water, Country Bean Caramel Coffee and mix everything well.
  • Now pour the batter in a 3-4 pre-heated griller/waffle maker and allow it to cook for 2-3 mins.
  • Top with your favourite toppings/chocolate sauce/maple syrup or ice cream for a decadent experience.
