Here’s a simple recipe of a Coffee Caramel Marble Cupcake which you can relish on cold winter evenings with your hot cuppa coffee! It’s soulful, delicious and so satisfying!

Ingredients

1/4th cup of refined oil

1 cup of powdered sugar

2 eggs

1 tbsp of vanilla essence

2 cups of all purpose flour

1 tbsp of baking powder

1/2tbsp of baking soda

5-6 tbsp of milk

6-7 tbsp caramel sauce

1 tbsp of Country Bean Caramel Coffee

1/4th cup hot water

Directions

-Take 1/4th cup of refined oil, 1 cup of powdered sugar and mix them together.

-Add 2 eggs to it ; one at a time.

-Add 1tbsp of Vanilla essence.

-Sift in 2 cups of all purpose flour, 1tbsp of baking powder and 1/2tbsp of baking soda

-Mix the dry and wet ingredients together.

-Add 5-6tbsp of milk.

-Divide the batter into two equal portions.

-Add Caramel sauce (if store bought 6-7tbsp until you get the desired taste) to one part.

-Add 1tbsp of Country Bean Caramel Coffee powder to 1/4th cup hot water and mix this concoction with the other portion of the batter.

-Add 2tbsp of each portion of the batter into the cupcake mould to get layers. Use a toothpick to stroke the layers and get a marble like pattern.

-Bake them at 180 degrees Celsius for 20-25 minutes.

-Unmould and enjoy!
